Children's Yoga
Currently offering Children's Yoga Mondays at Wellsprings Healing Center in Ennis.

Baby & Me Yoga
Come do Baby & Me Yoga six weeks after birth (or with doctor's approval) and bring your baby! We will move through traditional yoga postures to tone a mother's body after delivery and begin to feel your core strength coming back. Baby & Me Yoga incorporates breath-work and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class and finish with singing children's songs. Come to celebrate your new child and share this special time bonding with your baby and other new moms. Dads, relatives, caretakers, and friends are welcome, too. Located at Wellsprings Healing Center in Ennis.

Youth Soccer
Ennis Little Kickers. Offering soccer for 2.5 - 5 year-olds May - September.

Learning Activities
Offering one day a week at Ms. Heidi's for 3-5 year-olds. We spend time learning, playing, crafts, and many outdoor activities.
New Schedule starting in June.

My name is Heidi Worley
Heidi was born in Washington state and moved to Montana in 2012 with her now husband to attend Montana State University. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health & Minor in Sociology. Heidi loves her small town community that she gets to enjoy with her husband, son, and daughter. Heidi has a passion for Early Childhood education, holistic health, and community engagement. She is excited to now be offering Children's Yoga, Baby & Me Yoga, Youth Soccer, and learning activities.
